Butler County Fair Clothing/Sewing/Modeling Judging Day - July 7, 2008

If you are planning to exhibit clothing or sewing items for the Butler County Fair this year or participating in the 4-H Fashion Show, please note the following dates:

• June 30 - Clothing Entry Form, Style Revue Judging Sheet, Attention Shoppers/Shopping in Style modeling sheets due. Please list clothing/sewing items and fashion revue participation on entry form.
• July 7 - Clothing/Sewing Entry Day at the Butler County Courthouse, beginning at 4:00 p.m. (Clothing/Sewing items and modeling will be judged on this day.) 4-H'ers not interview judging must bring their exhibits to the Extension Office by noon on July 7.

Exhibit cards will be ready when you bring your items on July 7. Plastic dry cleaning bags must cover each entry. They will be provided by the Extension Office and are courtesy of the Ray Kobza Family.

INTERVIEW JUDGING: 4-H'ers meet with the judge and talk about their garment or sewing item. If you want to participate in interview judging, check "Interview Judge" on the entry form. You will be notofied of your interview time slot.

STYLE SHOW/MODELING JUDGING: To participate in the 4-H Style Show, complete the "Style Show Judging" form and return it to the Extension Office. You will be notified of your modeling time.

ATTENTION SHOPPERS/SHOPPING IN STYLE: 4-H'ers participating in the Attention Shoppers or Shopping in Style fashion Show will need to fill out the required form.
